I recently undertook a pilgrimage to Glen Turret, Truro, South Australia where I met the now owners, Greg & Anne Koch. Greg & Anne have taken on what is by no means for the faint-hearted, the restoration of Glen Turret.

The purpose of this site is for ancestors of the Pulteney Malcolm Murray (PMM) family to contribute stories, photos and information to form as full a picture as can be imagined, as, to Greg & Anne's disappointment - the walls can't talk.

I am Carolyn Thompson, great-great grand daughter of PMM. Although I currently reside in Brisbane, I am truly Western Australian. My clan extends from PMMs son William Wallace Murray, who with his wife, Marie Louise (nee Holthouse of Gumeracha), left Glen Turret when it was sold in 1919 and established a new Glen Turret near Borden in southern Western Australia.

I am no geneologist and don't think I will be, but I hope I am starting something here that will be the start of some really interesting information so that we can all collect and share and pass on.
